Ryan and I have decided to start this blog now that our family is expanding. We are expecting our baby any day now. Our vision with this blog is to keep our family informed of this new phase of life with pictures, video, and stories. This is in the beginning stages. We have lots to learn and lots to add. Horvat Family

The Horvat Family consists of Melanie's sister Becky her husband Jason and their two children Ella and Logan.  They live in Portland, OR.  



Three things to know about Jason:
  1. He is originally from Texas, which makes him a true Cowboy fan no matter what their season may hold.  
  2. He is a middle school science teacher and is also currently pursuing his doctorette in education from the University of Oregon.
  3. He shares the same birthday as Mel, Dec 12, which makes him cool no matter what.


 
Three things to know about Becky:
  1. She was born in South Dakota.
  2. She decided to follow her mothers footsteps and became a CPA.  
  3. She has committed herself to run the Hood to Coast this year.  So lets all cheer her on!!



Three things Ella would like you to know about her: 
  1. Her favorite thing to do is play with their new family dog Smudge.
  2. She is in the second grade.
  3. She likes to read.  Her favorite book series is Katie Kazoo.



Three things Logan would like you to know about him:
  1. His favorite thing to do is eat. 
  2. His favorite action hero is Superman.
  3. He is in kinder-garden.
